I understand, though I implore you save it for another time, if another time even happens. I was dead a week ago, if that should settle your tormented soul, and so I'm not particularly in the mood to discuss this dreadful future of ours.
Such a matter aside, I am looking for a gift for someone with whom I am sharing a living space. She bears a scar upon her neck, and while I gleaned no outright shame from her upon its reveal, it is clearly a sore subject. I would like to get her something to cover it, perhaps pretty it up some.
[Never mind that it's totally not an apology gift, not at all.]
