[It's as if someone just left it after deciding it wasn't worth the effort, or so he thinks in this particular situation. He can't help a small bit of a grimace at everything being in different states of finish. It's as if a child had run through here pretending to be an architect and then just got bored of it, but perhaps it's something that can be salvaged if they put some work into it.
