[After a rather messy experience with a whale, one would think a nice, soft, warm hotel bed would be the greatest thing in the world.
It sort of was, until Jonathan looked at the calendar. Then it was just sort of an okay thing in the world while he quietly realized that a few hours had actually been an entire week and 'oh, there went that job interview'. Also they still didn't have a place to stay at the end of the month, which was coming a lot faster than it was before now.

And then it turned out they Did have a place, actually, thanks to Speedwagon's boss.
God Bless Speedwagon's Boss, because now they were following the instructions to a large, albeit untouched apartment with a set of keys in their possession in addition to the meager belongings stored in their bags.
His mood is brightening...Slightly. Not that it shows as anything short of utter optimism in Jonathan's case.] We really must find a way to properly repay Tsukikage after this, [he insists as they walk, still a little surprised to hear that Speedwagon's new boss (who he seems to be quite fond of, he's noticed) is the same fellow he encountered at the museum.] Were it not for this, I imagine we would be in quite the bind.
